Responsible for providing administrative support to staff including word processing, photocopying, reception duties, computer data entry, filing and, in the Employment Resource Centres, providing technical assistance to clients.
Education & Experience
Completion of Grade 12
Two (2) years of clerical experience
*Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.
Language, Certificates & Licenses
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check to the City of Ottawa’s
Various language requirements, locations may require English, French or Bilingual competencies.
